About Me
Hey, I’m Stella,
a 21-year-old writer, traveler, case competitor, and future consultant with a soft spot for psychology, philosophy, and helping ambitious young individuals rise.
Stella Spirit is a space for high-achieving young people to grow, glow, and go after their boldest goals. Whether you’re aiming for a top consulting firm, designing your dream life, or simply trying to stay grounded while doing it all — you’re in the right place.
From representing New Zealand internationally, to studying at Dartmouth, Tsinghua, and the University of Auckland, to leading meditation retreats, managing $20K competitions, and binge-reading books on leadership and the soul, my life has been a collage of growth, grit, and wonder. And I want to share it all with you.
You’ll find a mix of:
-
Mindset tools for performance and self-belief
-
Career strategy and consulting prep (without the burnout)
-
Global reflections, soulful writing, and personal stories
-
Real talk on ambition, femininity, purpose, and inner work
I created Stella Spirit because I know what it’s like to want more — not out of ego, but out of vision.
To want to be excellent — but also at peace.
To strive — but not lose yourself.
So if you're a young woman with big dreams, a soft heart, and a fire in your belly... I made this space for you.
Let’s rise together — soulfully, strategically, and without apology.
